RECEIVABLES

Accounts Receivables and accounts payable are essentially opposites. Accounts payable is the money a company owes its vendors, while accounts receivable is the money that is owed to a company. If a company has a bill in its accounts payable department, the company it owes the funds to categorizes that same bill under accounts receivable. Let’s be sure your customers are paying you on time and collect on those that aren’t!

FINANCIAL REPORTING

The two essential documents any business needs are a Balance Sheet and an Income Statement ((P&L). The balance sheet reports assets and claims against those assets (liabilities and stockholders’ equity). The income statement is also referred to as the profit and loss statement or P&L. The P&L reports the revenues, gains, expenses, losses, net income and other totals for a period of time. Want a loan or need to purchase a van? Have your docs ready.

HISTORICAL ASSESSMENT

We will get all of the transactions, payments, fees and anything else from income and expenses entered and brought up to date in your accounting system. It’s on scraps of paper? No problem.
